What you’ll build
This internship will focus on support of SAP customers and the Mission Control Center (MCC) in the team of the Global Technical Backoffice. This leads through engagement reviews, tool and process development, reporting, data analysis, and communications. The candidate will engage with specialists and embedded support teams on technical analysis of customer systems; he/she will engage with MCC leads on customer cases to develop a new understanding of high-level engagements and a mastery of workplace etiquette and SAP methodology. Candidates will also gain knowledge of SAP products, customers and latest technologies such as AI.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Language skills: fluent in German, English or other language, written or/and verbal
- Willing to learn and self‑driven individual
- Work well with deadlines and have ability to multi‑task
- Working from the office in St. Leon‑Rot is required
Where you belong
The Global Technical Backoffice is the last line of defense to support our customers in business critical situations in a 24/7 approach. Goal is to bring the customer business back to normal operations as quickly as possible.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
