Office & Event Manager

We’re looking for an Office & Event Manager to join our office team and act as a support for our growing company needs, covering everything from internal event planning to office maintenance. If you're motivated, hands-on, organized, and a strong communicator looking for experience in a cutting-edge tech environment, this role is for you!

You will:

  • Be responsible for general office maintenance, managing all requests through our internal ticketing system
  • Organize, set-up, and host internal office and team events; researching and booking event locations, ordering catering, booking accommodation and travel if necessary (off site events), and planning the annual company trip
  • Act as the go-to person for visitors and deliveries
  • Order office equipment, groceries, and assist in new-hire set-up
  • Provide general support to departments across the company in project coordination


You are:

  • Excited to contribute to our everyday needs and have an attitude of taking ownership
  • Experienced in event planning
  • Organized and have strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Someone with former experience in office management or in a startup environment 
  • Ideally, skilled in IT / hardware technology
  • Fluent in English (German is a major plus)
