Product Business Management Officer (f/m/d)

Field of activity

You will be part of a dynamic team within the Product organization, as the single point of contact & expertise of Banking, Funding & and Financing for Regulatory reporting, Risk, Audit Outsourcing, Legal and Internal Controls.



Regulatory and Risk:
  • Classification /reclassification of our products
  • CSDR project follow-up
  • Preparation of long form reports, Self-Assessment reports

Intercompany, control and outsourcing:
  • Maintenance of Intercompany contracts and reviews
  • Maintenance and coordination of the outsourcing agreements
  • Maintenance of KPIs and quarterly reporting¨
  • Maintenance and review of the Process Maps and Risk Control Matrix ICS

Compliance, Credit and audit:
  • Coordinate, plan and monitor internal/external audits findings for BFF
  • Ensure and coordinate comprehensive communication between internal/external audit teams, regulators and BFF
  • Ensuring the compliance of our products to the local laws and regulations
  • Sanctions monitoring
  • Review of compliance relevant audit reports

Ensure timely and adequate reporting and (ad-hoc) escalation

Tracking / follow-up of audit findings, remediation actions

Qualifications/required skills

  • Relevant degree in business administration, finance or similar
  • Ideally 2 years of work experience in a Regulatory Reporting function/Audit or compliance related function
  • Ability to work well in team and as well autonomously
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and respect deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and oral English and German
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to details
  • Detail-oriented and strong sense of accuracy
  • od communication skills with ability to work independently as well as in a team
