What you will be doing

  • Person in charge for cloud infrastructures
  • Develop infrastructure designs and standards with a focus on cloud and container technologies
  • Analyse, design, develop and monitor infrastructure architecture blueprints, standards and roadmaps in line with overall architectural principles and strategies
  • Coordinate, align and define requirements of new IT services with delivery departments, service architecture and service design evaluation of new methods, technologies etc. and discussion of recommendations for future standards and possibility to experiment with new innovative technologies
  • Responsible for overall solutions that are outside the focus areas as well as participate in projects

What we are looking for

  • Completed studies or training in information technology, business informatics, economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of IT architecture or experience in the cloud operating environment, preferably in the field of Amazon Web Services (AWS), kledge of cloud security desirable
  • Experience in dealing with the "Commandline"
  • Experience with modern working methods such as DevOps, Agile Development, CI/CD etc. advantageous
  • Very good kledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to understand business relationships and use them profitably in decision making
  • Very good organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with conceptual thinking for the development of solutions and concepts
  • Strong communication skills, high customer and result orientation as well as experience in project work
  • Willingness to learn and to experiment
  • Ability to work in different international teams
