About this role
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be crucial in supporting ongoing operational issues and ensuring consistent operational support for our internal Zalando Business users. You will contribute to maintaining and extending reusable runbooks and troubleshooting and resolving production issues, enhancing our operational capabilities and data integrity. This role offers the opportunity to gain specialised expertise in TechOps support competencies and contribute to the stability of our systems.

WHAT WE9D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Provide reliable and consistent support for ongoing operational tasks and daily support issues, focusing on system stability and data consistency.
Contribute to the maintenance and extension of reusable runbooks, ensuring efficient and standardised operational procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues for our internal Zalando Business users, analysing system logs and data flows.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to implement effective technical solutions and support strategies.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and general data troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, i.e. Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to operational excellence.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with Python is a plus.
