What you'll build
As a Working Student (f/m/d) focused on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Product Success for the SAP Customer Experience Product Engineering organization, you will support our efforts to gather and analyze customer feedback, contributing to the improvement of our CX product portfolio and overall customer satisfaction.
This means in detail:
- Analyze and visualize data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and PowerPoint to support informed decision-making
- Create presentations and reports for management to highlight key findings and recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also support our team in managing the Innovation Management Portal, assisting with various administrative tasks related to the portal to ensure smooth operation and alignment with our innovation goals.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a University or a University of Applied Sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Sales, computer science, social studies (communication, psychology)
- Computer skills: MS Office, Power BI
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German or any other language is a plus
- Soft skills: Analytical mindset, team player, expert in organizing, creative, time management, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, high level of personal commitment, flexibility, reliability
- Others: Problem solving skills
- Onsite at Munich offices at least once a week is required

You will work closely with the CX Product Success team to ensure that our offerings align with customer expectations.
Championing product success through strategy evangelism and customer-centricity by actively listen to our customers and partners to continuously improve the CX product portfolio and satisfaction based on their feedback. We aim to build strong partnerships with our strategic customers and partners, evangelize CX strategies internally and externally, and deliver an experience that exceeds expectations.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
