Working Student (f/m/d) - SAP Discovery Showroom Event & Tour Support

What you'll do

• Be the Event and Tour support of our SAP Discovery Showroom onsite in Walldorf
• Organize events, guided tour and similar activities with SAP customers and employees
• Keep track of tour numbers and help the team stay informed with regular reports
• Streamline the booking process to improve the overall customer journey
• Derive feedback from events and tours and implement changes
• Project Management support in daily business (e.g. follow ups, project documentation, planning documents)
• Facilitating on‑site showroom tours in Walldorf and presenting our content to guests.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business administration, event management, marketing and communications, business informatics or related fields
• Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Language skills: fluent in German and English, other languages as a plus
• Soft skills: team player that has a very good time and task management, outgoing personality
• Others: Understanding of storytelling, excellent organization skills, strong service‑orientation, skilled in delivering engaging presentations
• Regular working at SAP Discovery Showroom onsite in Walldorf is a must
• At least 2 semesters to finish the studies are required
