The flat is located in top location in Neukölln. avery popular area, especially by young people.
4 minute walk to the public transport with a short connection to U Hermannplatz and to S Sonnenallee
The flat is situated centrally with many restaurants, bars, cafés and shops within a walking distance. 10 min walking to Rathaus Neukölln, with Shopping mall Arcaden-Neukölln with lots of brands, cinema, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.
