Only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Beusselstraße (S41, S42) and 12 minutes to U-Bahn station Turmstraße (U9) making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin within 30-35 minutes. 3 minutes walk from the nearest bus station. Moabit is one of the up and coming districts in Berlin with its industrial charm and diverse community of artists and students. You can stroll to Arminius market hall splurge on Baklava, enjoy the best spot for sunset watching over the harbour or grab a drink in one of the old school Berlin corner bars.Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month.
