Room 1Hi Guys,
this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
Anmeldung/Registration is possible.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages.
Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.
Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform.
Therefore we don't offer any flat-viewings.
