The family apartment has two bedrooms, an entrance area, a modern bathroom and a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The first bedroom is the larger and is furnished with a double bed or two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, a larger corner desk with chair, armchair and a TV, offering full flexibility to the tenant's preferences and needs.The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a table and cupboards, giving tenants more storage space. The terrace makes all the difference in your stay.Finally, the apartment has very large windows that let the sun in. This gives the apartment a very spacious atmosphere. Of course, the apartments are fitted with quality blackout curtains if you want some privacy.You have the option of booking a cleaning service - this is paid for separately and is not included.- 100 EUR / 1x per month- 180 EUR / 2x a month- 240 EUR / 4x a monthPlease note that in the case of a rental extension, the rental prices can be adjusted by the landlord.The check-in takes place daily from Mondays to Fridays from 13:00 to 17:00 free of charge.
