The apartment offers a large double bed, roomy closets, a wash-dryer, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, and free wifi.Please note that the final cleaning fee(50 Euros) has to be payed with the first month rent.At the end of the tenancy, a final cleaning of the room will be undertaken. The administration fee covers a maximum of two hours for this final cleaning.
