Description:
OverviewFor families with children, Parkstadt Karlshorst is a dream come true as there are several kindergartens and schools in the immediate vicinity. In fact, the 37th elementary school is just in the final stages of completion and is located on the grounds of Parkstadt Karlshorst. Therefore, this new 3 room apartment is highly sought after by families with school-age children. And the children will never have to walk long distances to get to school.
A great advantage of the location of Parkstadt Karlshorst, is that the newly planned streets in the neighbourhood are all 30 zones or even traffic-calmed. And main roads do not run through the new development. This gives parents the opportunity to let the children play outside alone and without having to worry about them all the time.
Further, the charming "Seepark" is just a short walk away. This offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to relax, play sports or simply enjoy the beauty of nature.
And also, public transportation is right outside the front door. A streetcar stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartment provides easy access to the wider road network, so you can quickly get to the city centre and get around efficiently. So, whether you're going to work, shopping, or exploring the vibrant capital, you'll appreciate the seamless connectivity of this location.
