Description:
The fully furnished 35 m² studio apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and is ideal for a longer stay. It offers free WiFi and a flat screen TV. The living room and bedroom are equipped with a double bed (160x200), a seating area and an open fitted kitchen. Kitchens are equipped with a two-burner stove (without oven) and a microwave (with grill/baking function). There are also washer-dryers (free of charge) in the shared tenant laundry room in the basement, but not in the apartment. There is a weekly cleaning service - this also includes changing towels & bed linen. Depending on availability, you can also use a parking space.Dogs & cats are welcome with us. We charge €80 per booking for this.!!! Note: We provide you with a TV that you can use via a WiFi connection. However, when you register your stay, you will have to pay a TV fee in Germany, for which you will receive an invoice every few months that you must pay.
