The BEDROOM has a 180x200 bed with an orthopaedic mattress, which looks onto the building's inner courtyard (the quieter side of the building). There are blinds that block most of the light and provide complete discretion. With everything closed it is very dark, however for those requiring a full light block out, we would suggest bringing your eye mask.

The LIVING ROOM is south-facing and has a small balcony, which gets good sunlight in the afternoon. The living room also has a TV with Chromecast allowing you to easily connect to your streaming services. There is also a high-quality sound system with an aux input via a mini-jack cable.

The WORKING SPACE is in the living room and comprises an electric adjustable sit or stand desk and a back care ergonomic office chair, there is also a widescreen monitor that you can use via HDMI.

The KITCHEN comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For COFFEE there is a Nespresso machine and also a french press.

The BATHROOM has a rain shower with good pressure and a heated towel rail.

The apartment is located on a quiet street in vibrant Friedrichshain. It is a short walking distance away from U-bahn and S-bahn station Frankfurter Allee. Within walking distance are many cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets such as Edeka, Lidl, and Netto. The living room faces south and gets beautiful light. There are windows on both sides of the apartment for a cross-breeze.
