To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment. Located at the heart of Friedrichshain, this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. The building has a big community room with a football table, co-working area and lots of space to hang out in. The backyard entails bike stands and lots of green to enjoy. Not a dull moment in Friedrichshain! A true melting pot of different cultures, it gives you all that the city has to offer from exciting start-ups, lovely neighbourhood restaurants to clubs. And if you ever might need a break: take a walk along the waterfront and enjoy the sun setting over the Spree.Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month.
