Description:
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your flat mates. The backyard with its old trees is the perfect spot to get into your hammock or have a BBQ on the terrace with your pals. Aside from a great hammock spot, the backyard also entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of Berlin’s coolest murals. The building has a big community room with a stunning garden view as well as a dedicated co-working area and lots of space to hang out in. Since everyone has now already moved to Neukölln, Lichtenberg is the current favourite district of artists, free spirits and students alike. Located at the center of it with train station Lichtenberg in walking distance you are just a few stops away from legendary Sisyphos club, the buzzling Simon-Dach-Str. with its gazillions of hip restaurants and even some real life flamingos just around the corner at Europe’s biggest animal park. Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out.
Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month.
