The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment. Located right around the corner from Berlin’s main train station this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. If you want to stay in you can meet new friends watching documentaries at our cinema room, work a little while overlooking the city in our community spaces or take part in one of the yoga classes in the quiet backyard. The district boasts some of the city’s most renowned and thought provoking art galleries and cultural institutions, next to the best spots to go shopping or try some of the constantly opening new restaurants. If you ever want to catch a break: go check out Vabali Spa, the Balinese wellness oasis around the corner where you can swim under the stars and get one of the best massages in town.Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month.
