Description:
12 sqm room with box spring bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves. Although the room is small, it is quite spacious as the flat has underfloor heating and no space is wasted. With the window closed, it is absolutely quiet. It is also quiet with the window open.
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to S&U Hermannstraße (U8, Ringbahn and S-Bahn to the airport), which is very well connected. For the way to Mitte, there is a bus stop in the direction of Tempelhof directly in front of the door, from there you can take the U6.
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Tempelhofer Feld and about 15 minutes to Reuterkiez.
It gets a bit noisy towards S&U Hermannstraße, but since the apartment complex is not in the first row, it is still quiet in the flat itself. There are several parks for families to the south of the flat.
My boyfriend, 30, is Mexican and Dutch and I, 28, am German. We both work full time, so we're not really looking for a student but if you're a student and you think you would fit well, go for it.
For us, cleanliness is important and that the shared livingroom-kitchen is tidy. The apartment is fully equipped and everything can be used.
We moved to Berlin only in July and we're still setting ourselves up. As you can see in the photos of the kitchen, some things are not yet done but the last parts will arrive early December. Sadly, our current flat mate already has to move out into his own place, which is why there are some boxes and things visible in the pictures.
Internet flat rate, electricity, heating and all other utilities are already included in the price.
We are somewhat flexible with the timing, so you can move in a few days earlier if it's easier for you.
