A TV and free WiFi are also available.There is a washing machine and a dryer in the cellar.On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible.City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent.
