English: Our apartment "Kumpel Kalle" is just a minute's walk from the Phoenix See in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district. It was recently renovated and is modern.

If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix See offers many restaurants and bars.

The living room:
On 52 square meters, the apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dortmund. You just have to move in. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook something. Pots, a pan, salt & pepper are also there. Of course you can also enjoy a coffee or tea. Plates, bowls and cutlery are also available. A table can be used as a desk or dining table. The private spacious daylight bathroom offers a large shower, a toilet and a sink with mirror. A hair dryer is available. The bathroom is only available to you.

Transport:
There are enough free parking spaces in front of the house. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the B1 and B236 and is therefore very easy to reach.

The nearest train station is called "Dortmund Hörde" and is a 10 minute walk away. Alternatively, bus 456 offers a very convenient connection to the main train station.

The nearest bus stop can be reached on foot within 1 minute and is called "Weingarten Schule am See". Bus 456 goes directly to the main train station.

The nearest underground station is 5 minutes away and is called "Willem-van-Vloten Straße". It runs the U41 subway.

The airport is about 15-20 minutes away. The easiest way to get there is by taxi. Alternatively, you can also take the bus - but this takes longer.
German: Nur eine Gehminute vom Phönix See entfernt in einem 100 Jahre alten Haus in einem traditionsreichen Arbeiterviertel befindet sich unser Appartement "Kumpel Kalle". Es wurde vor Kurzem frisch saniert und ist modern eingerichtet.

Wenn du abends etwas unternehmen willst, bietet der nahe gelegene Phönix See viele Restaurants und Bars.

Der Wohnraum:
Auf 52 Quadratmetern bietet dir das Appartement alles was du für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Dortmund brauchst. Du musst nur noch einziehen. Eine vollausgestattete Küche bietet dir die Möglichkeit etwas zu kochen. Töpfe, eine Pfanne, Salz & Pfeffer sind auch da. Natürlich kannst du auch einen Kaffee oder Tee zu genießen. Teller, Schüsseln und Besteck stehen auch bereit. Ein Tisch kann als Schreib- oder Esstisch genutzt werden. Das private geräumige Tageslicht-Badezimmer bietet eine große Dusche, ein WC und ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer steht nur Dir zur Verfügung.

Verkehrsmittel:
Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Apartment ist nur 5 Minuten von der B1 und der B236 entfernt und somit sehr gut zu erreichen.

Der nächste Bahnhof heißt „Dortmund Hörde“ und ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Alternativ bietet der Bus 456 eine sehr bequeme Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist innerhalb von 1 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und heißt "Weingarten Schule am See". Der Bus 456 fährt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.

Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt und heißt "Willem-van-Vloten Straße". Es fährt die U-Bahn U41.

Der Flughafen ist ca. 15-20 Minuten entfernt. Am einfachsten erreichst du ihn per Taxi. Alternativ kann man auch per Bus fahren - dies dauert aber länger.
