English: We rent a large, light-flooded apartment of 92 sqm on the 1st floor. The apartment is located in a quiet single-family housing estate near the Unterbacher Lake.

The eat-in kitchen offers enough space for preparation, has a built-in stove, a large ceramic kitchen sink and is equipped with a dishwasher. In the kitchen is a large table with seating.

The living room has a large window front and is spacious. It is equipped with a 47 inch flat screen TV with 3D feature. In addition, a Playstation 3 is connected.

The loggia faces south and is somewhat enclosed in the roof. This has the advantage that you can enjoy the first and last rays of sunshine of the year still in a T-shirt. It is accessible from the kitchen through a sliding door and through a double door from the living room.

German: Wir vermieten eine große, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung von 92 qm in der 1. Etage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung in der Nähe des Unterbacher Sees.

Die Wohnküche bietet genügend Platz zur Vorbereitung, hat einen Einbau-Herd, eine große Keramik-Küchenspüle und ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. In der Küche ist ein großer Tisch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine große Fensterfront und ist großzügig geschnitten. Es ist mit einem 47 Zoll Flatscreen TV mit 3D Feature ausgestattet. Zusätzlich ist eine Playstation 3 angeschlossen.

Die Loggia ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und etwas ins Dach eingefasst. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man die ersten und die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres noch im T-Shirt genießen kann. Begehbar ist er von der Küche durch eine Schiebetüre und durch eine Flügeltür vom Wohnzimmer aus.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Boxspringbett ausgestattet.
Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über ein zusätzliches Arbeitszimmer mit Doppelbett und Schreibtisch.
