English: I rent my lovely fully equipped apartment located in Essen Bergerhausen. This part of Essen is close to the city center and the popular Part essen Rüttenscheid.
Beiing in the nature part of Essen is close as well as the autobahn.
The apartment is very quiete located.
As I'm just one a longer vacation - The apartment is stuffed with all needs for living, cooking, washing, relaxing, etc.
Netflix, wifi, home office place is as well available. And as well a nice balconey with for enjoying the sun all day.
German: Ich vermiete meine Wohnung auf Zeit. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Equipment zum Kochen und der nötige Platz zur Entspannung wird mitgemietet. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, Netflix, wifi, einen Home office Arbeitsplatz und vieles mehr. So ziemlich alles was man zum leben benötigt.
Die Location der Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber man ist schnell im City Center, im grünen oder auch im beliebten Stadteil Rüttenscheid. Ebenso ist die Autobahn direkt in der Nähe.
