English: During an upcoming trip to South Africa, I am subletting my modern 2-room apartment in Hamburg's trendy Hafencity.The apartment is located directly on the elegant Überseeboulevard and only a few minutes' walk from Jungfernstieg or the Elbphilharmonie. An Edeka, Rossmann, two banks, a fitness studio, as well as cool bars and restaurants can be found in the same or neighbouring buildings. If you're looking for a modern and central apartment, you'll love your stay at my place.
Fast internet, Apple TV, Apple HomePod and vacuum robot are included.
German: Im Zuge eines Auslandsaufenthaltes biete ich meine moderne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Hamburger Hafencity zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am eleganten Überseeboulevard und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Jungfernstieg oder auch der Elbphilharmonie entfernt. Ein Edeka, Rossmann, zwei Banken, Fitnessstudio, sowie coole Bars und Restaurants sind im selben bzw. den Nachbargebäuden zu finden. Zentraler und moderner geht es nicht.
