English: Hier erhältst die Informationen bezüglich der Wohnung. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, falls Sie Probleme haben oder eine Einführung in die Nutzung der Spülmaschine benötigen bitten wir um kurzen Hinweis. Die Küche verfügt über einen Boiler für Warmwasser. Bedeutet dass nur eine begrenzte Menge an Wasser zu Verfügung steht. Im Badezimmer/Dusche befindet sich eine Thermostatarmatur. In dieser müssen Sie an der einen Seite die Temperatur einstellen und auf der anderen den Wasserhahn an oder ausschalten. Rechts neben dem Spiegel im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Steckdose und der Schalter für die Lüftung. Bitte denken Sie daran ausreichend zu lüften. Hier zu kann auch die Lüftung über die Glasbausteine/Fenster Klappe erledigt werden. Bitte trocknen Sie keine Handtücher im Badezimmer da es möglicherweise zu Schimmelbildung kommen kann. Die Sofas können zu Betten um geklappt werden. Hier zu bitte vorsichtig das Sofa heraus ziehen und die hintere Lehne um klappen im Regel Fall befindet sich die Bettwäsche auf dem Sofa oder im Bettkasten. Die Handtücher liegen auf den Betten. Bitte beachten Sie dass der Aufenthalt im Bereich vor der Wohnung nur bedingt genehmigt ist. Dieser ist im Regel Fall für das Hof Kaffee exklusiv reserviert. Es besteht natürlich die Möglichkeit im Innenhof auszutreten. Bitte beachten Sie dass verrückten oder umstellen der Möbel nicht erlaubt ist. Diese sind aufgrund der bestehenden Hygieneregelungen aufgestellt. Bitte hinterlassen Sie die Bereiche vor dem Hof Kaffee/der Wohnung so wie sie sie vorgefunden haben. Bitte beachten Sie auch dass die Nutzung der Stühle und Tische im Bereich des Hof Cafés während der Öffnungszeiten nicht erlaubt ist. Ausnahme ist natürlich sie selbst verzehren im Hof Kaffee.
German: A cozy and quiet apartment located in the center of Lokstedt. The house was completely renovated this year and the insulation is on the level of a new building. The heating system is also on the cutting edge of technology.

Additionally the house is solar powered with low-cost solar energy, therefore the heating and hot water costs are very low.

The beautifully restored facade, as well as the completely renovated courtyard creates a very pleasant, homelike atmosphere.

The apartment is situated in the courtyard of the house overlooking the garden and the adjacent green space and to the historical shopping street. The apartment has a private entrance.

The wooden floor and high warehouse ceiling make the house an extraordinary nostalgic eye-catcher.

The bathroom is equipped with sink and shower.

There are two single beds (90x200) and a pull out sofa for two 140x180).

The existing built-in kitchen is new; the facilities include stove, refrigerator (frost free), microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. Dishes and other kitchen items are available. Linen, towels etc. are also available.

The terrace is located in the courtyard of the building.

If your dog accompany you on your trip, we charge 5.00 EUR per pet per night.


The location of the house is simply beautiful. Lokstedt can be described as a village in the middle of the city. The center of Lokstedt is distinguished by many shops, parks and good transport links.

Pastry Horn, Rewe, Aldi, 3 pharmacies, tanning salon, flower shop, McDonalds, Nur Hier Bakery, DRK, hairdresser, and doctors of all types can be found in the area.

The apartment is closely located to NDR and UKE. The A7 motorway Stellingen can be reached in about 5 minutes. The Metro bus routes 5, 20 and 22 and the U2 Hagendeel can be reached in 5 minutes. The journey time to central station is 20 minutes, 15 minutes to Sternschanze and 20 minutes to Altona.

Welcome to our apartment!

Dear guests!
You spend your vacation in a private apartment. We have put efforts into it and hope you have a wonderful holiday here in our apartment.

The arrival time is 15-20 clock. Of course, by prior arrangement can be checked in sooner or later. Please register in any case in time with us.

You can reach us from Central Station on the U2 line to Hagenbeck Tierpark, then change to bus number 22 or 281 direction Kellinghusenstraße / Lattenkamp and get off Behrmannplatz. From here, walk left across the intersection in the Grelckstraße. There you will find us on the left (No. 19, opposite the Lotto shop).

The following house rules should be a help, in which we describe how we expect the use of the apartment and the inventory in the ideal case. We've also listed some rules that make things simplier for us: we hope you understand. A proper treatment of the accommodation will help us continue renting out a beautiful holiday apartment.

General:
If you miss anything or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All things that are in the apartment or balcony, or belong to it, can and should be used by guests. Please be careful with the whole setup and inventory. The leaser shall treat the property with care and make sure that his fellow travelers do respect the rental conditions.

Kitchen:
Please note that only clean tableware is to be put into the cabinets: the same applies to cutlery, pots and all equipment you have used.

Waste:
Since we are required to separate waste and recycle, we ask you to help us. We will gladly answer your questions at your arrival.

To the smokers:
Smoking is prohibited in our apartment. Damage such as burn marks or holes in or on furniture, flooring, bedding, tablecloths, etc. means that we must charge this to you at replacement value. This is not included in the rent.

Therefore, smoking is allowed on the covered balcony: there is also an ashtray there.

Key:
The keys to your apartment open the front door, too. Please do not loose your keys. In case the leaser loses the keys, he is liable to the amount of the replacement cost.

Bad:
Please do not dispose any hygiene products or leftover food in the toilet. It is not permitted to wash clothes in the bathtub. We will wash and dry your laundry for a small payment.

Rest periods:
In the spirit of good neighborhood, we ask the renters to respect the “nighttime peace“ between 10:30 p.m and 6:30 a.m..

Damage:
No one intentionally damages property, but it can happen to anyone, that something gets broken. We would be happy if you tell us about the damage and not let us realize what happened after you left, during the cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages to the amount of the replacement costs.

Parking:
Please park on the street in front of the house. You´ll find plenty of parking space around.

Due diligence:
Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the house in order to avoid damage caused by bad weather or thiefs.
The landlord is not liable for the valuables of the tenant.
