We are going abroad for 6 to 12 months and would like to sublet our beautiful maisonette apartment.

The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an classic 19th century building in Hamburg Rotherbaum at the beginning of Schlüterstraße and was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020. The apartment has a balcony facing the green and quiet backyard, a large bathroom with bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. All bathrooms with windows.

On the lower floor there is an open kitchen and living room. The rooms are well suited for cooking together as well as spontaneously inviting friends and family. (Hotels for visiting family are in the same blöock). The rooms have particularly high ceilings and beautiful stucco. In the entrance area there is a large wardrobe with enough space for all jackets and shoes.

The Aussenalster is only a few minutes walk away and is perfect for walks or the daily jogging round. Sailing and rowing clubs are also within walking distance.

The Dammtor long-distance and S-Bahn train station is just around the corner, offering in particular for fast train connections to Berlin. Also close are the bus stops for Metrobuses 4 and 5.
