The apartment consists of a sleeping/working room with a double bed (1.40m), desk and satellite TV and underfloor heating with real wood floorboards, a small kitchen with a seating area and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower. A monthly cleaning is included, an extra cleaning is possible for a surcharge of 30€. A washing machine and dryer in the annex building can be used free of charge. The rental of the apartment is limited to a maximum of 5-6 months.
