Practice yoga this autumn in one of the most inspirational locations in Düsseldorf, the beautiful Buddhist temple Eko-Haus, while listening to authentic Koto music. These special seasonal workshops, organised by Sara Yoga, are open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
In addition, Sara Yoga has partnered with IamExpat to give two lucky winners free tickets to this special workshop, so don't miss out on the competition!
Yoga meets Koto music
On November 17, Sara Yoga will be hosting the Momiji sound meditation workshop, designed to help individuals enhance their sensitivity to perceptions of time, space and rhythm through yoga and meditation. Focusing on Vinyasa and Yin yoga, this unique workshop features live koto music, played on a Japanese Zither by renowned musician Makiko Goto.
The fourth seasonal workshop taking place this year that has been designed by Sara Yoga, the Autumn Leaves Rituals workshop is designed to focus on enhancing physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation in poses with music. A specially-composed piece will also be played by Goto during the afternoon session, designed to guide breathing patterns and help those present discover their inner well of peace and stillness.
