Zehlendorf Art Market 2020

Though most traditional holiday markets have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany, one great market in Berlin has just been given the go-ahead at the very last moment! 

The 2020 Zehlendorf Art Market in Berlin will host around 40 different art stalls and food stops on the Postplatz, for visitors to experience during the festive period. 

The market is permitted to open on two advent Sundays

The market, which will showcase some of Berlin’s greatest creative talent, will take place on the next two advent Sundays, December 13, 2020 and December 20, 2020. 

Stalls will be open from 11 am to 6 pm, giving shoppers plenty of time to browse through paintings, bronze sculptures, ceramics, illustrations, fashion, jewellery, graphics, woodwork, glasswork and much more! All of works on display are the creations of designers and artists from Berlin and Brandenburg. 

The market will also host food and drink stalls for shoppers to enjoy some delicious hot drinks, snacks and regional specialities "to-go" - and, of course, try some classic German Glühwein.
