I am Valentin, working for conny.legal and I am responsible for CONNYs labor law service, which helps people to fend off dismissals or negotiate severance payments. I am absolutely excited about our vision, to help people to make use of their rights. I know from experience that labor law, especially in a foreign country, is a complex topic. Therefore I understand that most people hope that they will not have to come back to it. However, there are always ambiguities and disputes with the employer that are not resolved, as many employers make use of their information and power advantage.
