Areas of responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a company-wide business continuity management
  • Support and development of a global crisis management system
  • Responsible management of activities before, during and after crisis situations
  • Responsible planning and implementation of regular exercises for emergency and crisis management as well as the establishment of the necessary reporting and communication processes
  • Creation of risk and threat analyzes and development of the necessary security measures
  • Cross-functional cooperation with important company areas (e.g. legal, quality, HR, data protection) as well as with authorities and external service providers
  • Leading one direct report

Your profile of qualification:

  • Completed degree, e.g. B. Business administration, technical studies and/or risk and safety management or comparable qualifications
  • Profound practical experience in a global environment
  • Experience in risk management or emergency and crisis management
  • Several years of experience in planning and implementing CM / BCM programs
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Flexibility and commitment as well as a structured way of working, characterized by strong implementation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and hands on mentality
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, quality awareness, team spirit and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; both in German and English
  • Willingness to travel
