about the role

A senior billable professional who works with clients at executive level to address their digital challenges and turning them to business outcomes (business development, cost efficiency) leveraging digital business solutions. This role will be responsible of creating digital maturity assessment, digital use cases with clients (customer journey, employee journey …) business case with clients, when incorporating digital solutions and business proof of concepts, leveraging digital solutions & pilots. The role is that of client advocate and takes responsibility for recommendations development inclusive risk assessment, customer requirements analysis, industry benchmarking and best practice application resulting in customer business benefit. Client facing activities such as presentations and discussion in conjunction with the account manager is expected. This role will be expected to provide support and mentoring for other consultants in areas of expertise when needed

Position, sell and, deliver billable business consulting work to a client

Help the client for successful digital transformation

Position Orange Business Services as credible digital transformation partner

Unaccompanied liaise and built rapport with clients, monitor the relationship

Consistently deliver high quality (billable or non-billable) business consulting service to existing and new clients ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved.

Stay abreast of digital ecosystems, innovations, issues, options, industry best practices and advancements within different verticals relevant to the Orange Business Services portfolio

Be recognized as an authority on Orange business consulting services and deliverables both internally and externally

Maintain and develop business specialization and certifications to accommodate growth in Orange Business Services products, as well as personal requirements

Documentation of completed assignments on kledge management database in the form of case studies, author white papers or presentations on business solutions and services offered by Orange Business Services

Articulate business innovation to customers through innovation workshops

Lead our digital innovation into areas such as drones, blockchain, application automation, robotic process automation, and IoT, etc.

Grow and develop ecosystem with internal partners, eg. BU, labs and innovation center; and external startups, customer and/or industry research center

Actively participate in creating kledge capital and developing methods and tools

Develop methodologies and tools

Lead projects and as part of a project organization respecting cost, quality and time constraints

Proper reporting of billable activities

Build Orange Business Services specialization per assigned vertical(s)

Orange Business Services COE for verticals

Financial – Properly report billable achievements on a regular based on value agreed to with management; Supporting customer business case and justification for investment; solution pricing;

Provide support and guidance to new and existing staff, across the region and global

Manage and guide a project specific consultants team

Minimum 8 years related work experience in business consultancy firm or digital transformation role within an organization

Proven track record in delivering value business consulting services (5 or more years of experience or equivalent)

Proven experiences of innovation management

Proven experience in positioning and creating new business opportunities with clients

Strong background in business process analysis, design and improvement and development of digital transformation business solutions

Solid experience in customer situation analysis, risk assessment and industry benchmarking

Proven experience in developing business cases and business models

Solid experience in upselling digital business solutions

Strong background in developing business scenarios best practices
