You will be part of the team vernance & Transformation within DB Schenker’s IT infrastruc-ture department and help drive the implementation of sustainable organizational change through effective workplace adoption strategies and communication concepts targeting internal expert communities and end-user audiences alike. As a people-focused person you will implement and further develop change strategies to accelerate the adoption of modern workplace productivity and realize value from our constantly evolving tool portfolio. You will also be able to design and take over responsibility for own projects in accordance with the overall transformation strategy, which can influence the whole organization in the long term.

Your tasks:

  • Manage and coordinate the planning and creation of global workplace user communica-tions in alignment with service managers
  • Design and implement workplace adoption and change measures appropriate to the type and degree of change and in accordance with overall transformation approach
  • Ensure communication and information flow from service management to users and IT support units globally (e.g. setup and nurture global workplace adoption network)
  • Consult and support the implementation of "hybrid work" approaches from a collabora-tion and productivity tool perspective
  • Manage, inspire, and sustainably grow a community of change champions and internal tool trainers
  • Introduce and customize methods that support modern work and new ways of working (e.g. Working Out Loud)
  • Continuously evaluate and strategically develop portfolio of adoption measures (change impact analysis, change readiness assessment, stakeholder mapping)
  • Own key relationships with various stakeholders across different levels, gaining their buy-in to the change and leveraging them as necessary and appropriate
  • Design and implement a scalable workplace onboarding concept for new hires
  • Manage intranet pages, internal news blogs and support intra-departmental communica-tions
  • Develop methods to measure impact of change and communication activities; adapt and refine adoption approach as necessary


Your profile:

  • Qualified to degree level in related field
  • Practical hands-on experience of workplace change management, user engagement and communications
  • Strong understanding of workplace strategy and change management principles
  • Experience relating to gaining business buy-in, stakeholder management, relationship building, communication strategy and development, and dealing with resistance around change
  • Can-do attitude, intercultural sensitivity and high level of engagement
  • Ability to multi-task on concurrent initiatives and different stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), further languages will be a plus
  • Profound Microsoft 365 Suite kledge (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • od understanding and kledge of workplace trends and interest in new technology
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness
