Deutsche Bahn app and website disrupted

People using the Deutsche Bahn website or app to book tickets and check arrival times may face disruptions on February 18, the national rail company has warned.

Bugs on DB Navigator and website 

On the afternoon of February 17, passengers booking tickets or checking arrival updates  on the Deutsche Bahn website or DB Navigator app received error messages.

Deutsche Bahn announced that the bugs were due to an IT failure and that passengers may experience some problems using the online services on the morning of February 18.

DB staff are looking for solution

According to a report from SPIEGEL, Deutsche Bahn IT staff are looking to identify the cause of the disruption.
