Afterward, send the following documents to us via mail: • Personal ID or Passport • Schufa credit report • Certificate of No Outstanding Rent (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung) • Proof of income (last 3 payslips or equivalent) 4. Once our team has reviewed and approved your documents, you will receive your lease agreement via Mietz for your digital signature. 5. After both parties have digitally signed the lease agreement, you will receive the payment details for your security deposit by email. 6. As soon as there are no more pending payments and we have received the money, we will finalize the booking and you will receive a final confirmation e-mail. 7.
