A quiet & well-designed apartment is available for rent! This freshly renovated flat (70 sqm) is located on the first floor in a building from the beginning of the century directly behind Hermannplatz. Inside the flat, you will find several artistic works. This peaceful flat features a modern living room, a beautiful balcony, amazing furniture, a fully equipped kitchen to cook anything you please, and a clean bathroom with a bathtub, which will make this house your home! The two bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed, a nice sofa and you'll have the freedom of putting your own personal touch to it! There is a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy your time! The Jansastrasse is located in a very special place and somehow represents the soul of neukölln: on one side the Arabic Sonnenalle, which is mostly lived by day and on the other side the Weserstrasse, which is the best nightlife way of berlin right now.
