Room 53.2 Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Registration/Anmeldung is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). This appartment has two bathrooms. This room has a balkony aswell. For the move in dates we have sometimes the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. and a deposit (950€) which needs to be payed after booking to the landlord: flat-mate via bank transfer.
