Hi Everyone, We’re excited to offer a bright and fully furnished room (Room 2) in a shared apartment on the 1st floor. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing. The apartment includes shared access to the kitchen and bathroom, which are fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen supplies and a washing machine. 📍 Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, making it suitable for both students and professionals staying longer term in the city. 💰 The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, high-speed internet, and the GEZ TV license fee. 🗓️ Move-in dates are available on the 1st or 16th of each month, with some flexibility if needed. 🔐 A security deposit of €950 is required before moving in.
