Rooms have all beds, bedlinen, wardrobe, table, chair etc. for each tenant. The apartment has white walls and wooden floors that help it to feel clean and spacious. It is FULLY equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine, and would make a convenient and comfortable home for anyone relocating to Mitte. Residenzstraße is a diverse and eclectic area, a hub of art and culture with a vibrant nightlife but also lots of parks and even the Schäfersee ideal for hot summer days. The beautiful 19th-century architecture alongside the buzzing Café scene makes this a charming and welcoming place to live. Please note that this is a shared double room for two tenants.
