Bright, fully furnished apartment with balcony, right next to Volksgarten park I'm in Valencia for November, so I'm subletting my fully furnished apartment from 1 to 30 November. THE APARTMENT 45 m2 on the 2nd floor, with an elevator. The layout is open and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it really bright. The sleeping area with a double bed sits in its own alcove, separated from the living space by the wardrobe. THE AREA The neighbourhood around Sachsenring is one of the most sought-after parts of Cologne. Volksgarten, in my opinion one of the most beautiful parks in the city, is right outside the door. Great for a run, lazy Sundays on the grass or an evening by the pond. The tram stop Ulrepforte (lines 15 and 16) is right in front of the building, so you're in the city centre within minutes. Cafés, supermarkets and the Südstadt with its bars are all within walking distance. The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so it's pleasantly quiet despite the central location. The neighbours are genuinely nice.
