A fully serviced apartment: the all-inclusive rent covers all utilities, high-speed internet and a weekly cleaning with linen and towel change. If anything needs a repair or a service visit, we arrange it. Just arrive with a suitcase.

Set across the third and fourth floors of a period building in Hamburg-Rotherbaum, the apartment was fully renovated in 2020. A balcony overlooks the green, peaceful courtyard to the rear. There are three bathrooms: a generous bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and a guest WC, each with its own window.

The lower floor is given over to the open-plan kitchen and living room, well proportioned for cooking and entertaining, with notably high ceilings and beautiful original stucco. The living room's architectural centrepiece is a bespoke steel-and-glass partition wall and door, while a large fitted wardrobe in the hallway takes all your coats and shoes.

A handsome old wooden staircase leads up to the top floor, and the handy storage area beneath it is ideal for suitcases, golf clubs and other kit.

Upstairs you'll find the bedroom and a second bathroom. The bedroom has a large, very comfortable boxspring bed, with a work area tucked neatly behind a room-divider shelf: a quiet, separate spot for focused work or calls across time zones. There's a wardrobe for clothes and a second television, and the shower room with a second WC is also on this floor.

An underground parking space on a nearby side street is included too.

The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering heating, electricity, water and high-speed internet (Vodafone cable, up to 1,000 Mbit/s). The electricity is 100% solar (green) power, and the rent also includes a weekly clean by our long-standing, dependable housekeeper, who changes and launders the bed linen and towels.

Corporate tenancy: The tenant's company may sign as the contracting party. City registration (Anmeldung) at the address is possible; we provide the required landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). Correspondence in English and German.

Rental terms: Minimum rental period 6 months; well suited to placements of 6 to 24 months. Up to two people. Available from 1 October 2026 or later.

Location: A few minutes' walk from the Außenalster. Dammtor ICE and S-Bahn station at the doorstep, Hauptbahnhof and city centre around 10 minutes, HafenCity around 15 minutes, Hamburg Airport around 20 minutes by car. Metrobus 4 and 5 stops nearby.

Equipment: Fitted kitchen by Hummel with a Neff five-zone induction cooktop. Auping boxspring bed (200 x 210 cm) with a new mattress fitted before the tenancy. Miele tumble dryer and Bosch washing machine, Eve smart thermostats, custom blackout blinds, a portable air conditioner, and a fully equipped home workstation with a 32-inch 4K monitor, docking station and height-adjustable desk.

Optional second bedroom: A further room of approx. 15 m² on the top floor can be rented in addition; terms on request.
