The apartment is very large and bright—which is extremely helpful during the darker seasons. It features a spacious bedroom, an open dining and living area, and a unique extra room that serves as a sort of balcony replacement (with floor-to-ceiling windows). The location is perfect. We are right in the middle of the city but surrounded by greenery. The beautiful Haus 3 Park is directly around the corner. You can reach St. Pauli, the Schanze district, the Elbe river, and Altona—putting you right in the middle of city life—all within 10 minutes. All necessary shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
