The apartment will be converted into a four-room apartment in December 2026. Unfortunately, I am unable to show the apartment before December 2026 due to ongoing issues with the current tenants. The balcony is also currently under construction. The work should be completed soon, but I cannot guarantee a specific completion date. The rent for December 2026 will only be the half.
