The Room The room is approximately 13 m2 and is located on the 3rd floor. It is fully furnished and available for unrestricted use throughout the rental period. Private balcony of approximately 6 m2 with a cosy seating area The room is ready to move into, so you won't need to bring much with you. The Apartment and Location The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area in Munich Forstenried. Südpark is just a 5-minute walk away and is perfect for walking, jogging or simply relaxing outdoors. Forstenrieder Allee underground station (U3) is also approximately a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Marienplatz in around 15 minutes. Shops and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The apartment is shared with a maximum of two other flatmates. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
