A completely new mixed-gender student flatshare for four people is being established in our centrally located apartment in Stuttgart-Ost. Our goal is to create a friendly, harmonious, and well-organized shared living environment where everyone feels comfortable and at home. Since this is a brand-new flatshare, we want to encourage a positive and welcoming atmosphere right from the beginning. We are therefore looking for reliable, tidy, and considerate students who treat each other with respect, enjoy being part of a community, and value cleanliness and hygiene in the shared areas. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers approximately 100 m2 of living space. The shared areas include a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a spacious hallway with additional storage space. A washing machine is also available. Furnishing: All four rooms are generally rented unfurnished, allowing tenants to decorate and furnish their rooms according to their own preferences. Upon request, we offer optional furnishing for an additional €20 per month. This includes a bed frame, fabric wardrobe, table, and chair.
