Description:
The apartment is located close to Richardplatz and borders directly on the historical Böhmisch-Rixdorf. Bars and restaurants can be found just around the corner. The bustling Weserstrasse is only a 15 minute walk away. Sonnenallee and Neukölln ring stations as well as the U7 (Karl-Marx-Straße) can be reached on foot in approx. 7 minutes. The apartment was first occupied in October 2017 and is of high quality and fully equipped: Oven, steam cooker, induction field, grill, fully automatic coffee machine, tumble dryer, beamer, stereo system, etc.
There is a full bath and additionally a shower bath. Beside living/dining area and bedroom we rent either a further work/guest room or instead a fully equipped children's room with bunk bed.
In both cases the rental area (inside net) is approx. 86 sqm. In addition there is the outdoor area with 12 sqm terrace and a private garden of approx. 120 sqm with seating, a raised bed for planting, hammock and barbecue facilities.
The house is located in a greened 2nd courtyard and is therefore very quiet and not visible from the street. Since the apartment is facing south, it is also nicely bright.
The apartment also has an underground parking space.
Cleaning service once a week is included as well.
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
