Description:
English: In the heart of Berlin Schöneberg, with excellent connections to the rest of the city (underground / highway), this beautifully decorated Altbau flat welcomes you with 3.60m high ceilings and a spacious floor plan. With a tiny but handy elevator you reach the 3rd floor and enter the flat through a massive wooden door.
From the entry of the property, you'll have access to
- one of two bathrooms (this one comes with a bath tub)
- the kids room (featuring a bunkbed with excellent mattrasses) with an abundance of toys and a little drawing table
- master bed room (featuring a 2.70m wide family bed) with changing table etc.
... and continue to the ample living room.
In the living room section you'll find a large and comfy sofa landscape, shelves full of books, a cute and comfy reading corner and a decent sized smart tv. You access the balcony overviewing Bayerischer Platz from the living room. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, where a modern dining table seats 8 persons easily.
The second bathroom is close to the kitchen and comes with a washer and a dryer - next to it you have the so-called "laundry room", which has a sofa bed and can be used to accomodate guests of course.
The kitchen is fitted with everything you might need, has a dishwasher and a large fridge with water/ ice cube function. There is enough space to have breakfast together and a high chair is available.
