The apartment has air conditioning to have a comfortable stay even in summer. And the apartment can be reached via elevator. The extras of very strong internet, electricity, heating and water consumption are included in the monthly rent - no hidden or additional costs.

Please provide a reason of stay to us. And please note that we offer our apartments with a minimum rental period of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months.

Please be aware once the booking is done on Housing Anywhere we will send you the contract documents. The deposit and our one-time service fee of 100€ needs to be transferred to our bank account in order to proceed with the handover.
