Despite the location in the second backyard, you have an unobstructed view from the window over the rooftops in the direction of the Spree.Within walking distance you can reach numerous transport connections to buses (direction U9 / Hauptbahnhof) and to the urban train (Ringbahn). By bike, e.B. the Technical University can be reached in 10 minutes. Shopping facilities for everyday needs as well as cafés and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity along Turmstraße and in the historic Arminius market hall. Along the Spree you can walk to the city center (Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate).
