The Apartment is being prepared for a new tenant and will be ready at the latest on 01.march.2023.
Therefore the images are not up to date and do not yet reflect the higher living standard that is being implemented.
The Apartment has a Bedroom with a 180x200 cm matrimonial bed, a living room with a beautiful modern couch and allows for two adults to sleep comfortably if need be. Additionally beds for two more people can also be added in the second Bedroom – no extra costs. The Second bedroom includes – among other furniture - a large 160 cm white designer table and office chair to also function as an office or child’s room.
The interior design is kept neutral enough to appeal to male and female tastes, yet warm and cosy enough to feel like a home to all ages.
